This position is a technical security professional providing rapid response attack detection, basic packet analysis, and intermediate network troubleshooting. Perform deep packet analysis to identify DDoS/DoS attack vectors and security threats. Perform telemetry monitoring to identify new DDoS/DoS attacks or platform issues. Provide customer communications relating to Security events. Monitor and respond to all required operational support system events. Identify intermediate network connectivity and routing issues and escalate appropriately. Respond to non-emergency tickets based on their priority.
