
Sales Enablement Specialist
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will develop and execute the enablement strategy for core sales tools and CRM changes. You will also become an expert user of our team's tools and processes. Developing and executing quarterly enablement strategy for Core Sales Tools (Sales Navigator, Discover.Org, Zoom Info, XANT). Developing and executing enablement strategies for CRM (Salesforce) change initiatives (~2-3 per month). Becoming an expert in the team’s internal tools, including: Wrike (Intake), Cornerstone (LMS), Aloha (Intranet). Becoming an expert in business processes, including: Intake, Training Needs Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement, Scheduling, & Distribution Lists.
5 years of relevant experience is required
Demonstrate experience in sales, pre-sales, sales ops or enablement
Be extremely detail oriented with some project management experience
