
Marketing Program Specialist
Works across the organization to understand the campaign goals of Global and Local/Field teams, and the needs of customers (from the customer perspective) and creates a picture of where these synergize and where to develop new tactics. Partners with the Director of Marketing, Global Campaigns, to create reverse waterfall modeling to help establish forecasts/goals at the outset of campaign. Partners with the Digital Activation Strategy Lead and Social Media Manager to help gather requirements from across the marketing organization for all campaign requests. Helps to analyze campaign effectiveness and strategize on optimization opportunities. Partners with the Campaign Optimization team to create reporting, and socializes results across the business regularly. Coordinates across the digital activation team and campaign team to help develop consolidated plans of activation to achieve campaign goals.
