  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Akamai Technologies.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and act as their advocate within the company.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and expectations and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  6. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks that may impact customer satisfaction or project success.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  8. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  9. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to team members to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project progress, and any issues or resolutions.
  11. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  12. Participate in relevant industry events or conferences to represent Akamai Technologies and promote our services.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a positive and professional image of Akamai Technologies.
