Providing continuous updates and system reviews by updating the customer in the form of weekly updates, monthly case summary reports and QBR Being a technical consultant, helping to achieve the customers long term vision for high quality security experiences. Educating and delivering new, enhanced service features and patch management across the full product lifecycle. Performing weekly checks to determine how well the systems are running and what improvements can be made via configuration changes. In this role you will maximize value, retention and growth throughout the customer lifecycle. You will help build, innovate and evolve customers' performance and security strategies.
