Job Description

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Akamai Technologies, you will be responsible for providing support for various internal stakeholders and customers while helping to ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all deals. You will be the driving force behind our internal processes and customer service efforts by providing a high level of customer service and ensuring accurate pricing and revenue recognition. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a detail-oriented nature, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to internal stakeholders and customers while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all deals.
  2. Drive internal processes and customer service efforts with a high level of customer service and accurate pricing and revenue recognition.
  3. Utilize analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills when dealing with customer inquiries.
  4. Maintain a detail-oriented and efficient approach while working in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Assist customers with any inquiries they may have and ensure their satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy of deals.
  7. Keep up to date with pricing models, changes in regulations, and policies.
  8. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Generate reports and presentations to present to internal stakeholders.
  10. Provide training and support to colleagues as needed.
