Job Description

At Akamai Technologies, we are looking for a passionate and driven Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced professional who is excited about helping our customers solve their most complex cloud computing challenges. The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric attitude, along with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and a passion for learning new and emerging technologies. We require a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, an Associate’s degree in a related field, and technical certifications in cloud technology. The Cloud Support Engineer at Akamai Technologies will be responsible for providing technical guidance and solutions to customers. This role will require excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to build trust and relationships with customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and solutions to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to address their challenges.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Stay up to date on emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  6. Assist customers with product installation and configuration.
  7. Monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with service agreements.
  8. Assist with creating customer service documentation and training materials.
  9. Provide feedback to the team to help improve customer service processes.
  10. Participate in team meetings and other team-building activities.
