Business Operations Analyst
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will provide support to our Pre-sales organization focusing on metrics and analytics. You'll collaborate with Sales operations and leadership to determine reporting needs. Leading sales reporting and analytics that provide timely insights. Streamlining and optimizing sales processes to maximize sales productivity. Participating in the sales strategy and planning process. Working cross functionally to develop and monitor relevant sales training.
Have 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrate effective business-partnering skills, particularly with senior sales management
Have end user experience with a CRM tool; preferably Salesforce.com
