Job Description

At Akamai Technologies, we are looking for an innovative and customer-focused Account Service Manager who will be responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction. The Account Service Manager provides hands-on support for customer accounts, builds strong relationships, and ensures that customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of customer service best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed. If you are a driven problem-solver with a commitment to service excellence, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field• 5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or related field• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure timely service and overall satisfaction.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  3. Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer experience.
  4. Monitor customer accounts and ensure all requests and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
  5. Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  6. Provide feedback and recommendations to management on customer service initiatives.
  7. Work closely with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track customer accounts.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
