Perform method development, method transfer, qualification, verification and validation and product characterization, technology introduction and other special projects including ADC programs. Conducts peptide mapping experiments to assist in structure elucidation. Provide scientific technical problem solving and collaboration with Product Development team. Training and mentoring of junior staff.
