Technical Program Management Lead

As Afterpay’s Technical Program Management Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of our technical projects with a focus on driving efficiency and process improvement. We’re looking for an analytical and creative thinker who is passionate about technology and business, and has the ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical program management role, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technical projects. You should have experience in developing and leading cross-functional teams, as well as strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders of all levels. You will have a keen eye for detail, and be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required.
