Software Quality Lead, Cash App

At Afterpay, our Cash App team is looking for a Software Quality Lead with the drive and passion to help us to develop, maintain and extend our Cash App product. In this role, you will be a part of a talented and experienced product engineering team that values collaboration and innovation.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field, at least 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, and in-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and quality assurance methods. Additionally, the Software Quality Lead should have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing software quality assurance initiatives.As Software Quality Lead at Afterpay, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our Cash App product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for leading and managing the software quality assurance effort, developing and executing test plans, and identifying and resolving software defects.
