Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Lead, Customer Engagement to join our team and help create an unforgettable experience for our customers. This role requires an individual with an innovative and creative mindset, who is passionate about customer engagement and has a proven track record of success in product development and management.The successful candidate will need to possess a deep understanding of the customer experience, and be able to identify opportunities to enhance it through product development. They should also have the ability to think strategically and execute on those strategies in a timely manner. A successful Product Lead, Customer Engagement should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.To be considered for this role, you should have at least 5+ years’ experience in product development, product management, customer engagement, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is also preferred.
