Job Description

At Afterpay, we are looking for a Principal Engineer - Data to join our team and lead our data engineering efforts. This position requires a passionate and experienced leader with a strong technical background in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for data-driven insights. They will have a strong understanding of database design and the ability to develop complex data analytics and data pipelines. In addition, they should possess a high degree of organization and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. We are looking for a Principal Engineer - Data who is highly motivated and has a strong attention to detail. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and should have a track record of successful data engineering initiatives.
