Logistics Specialist

Analyze and propose changes designed to improve effectiveness or efficiency of supply operations. Assist with planning, organizing, and ensuring equipment support complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Conduct research on sourcing and procurement methods as required, depending on analysis performed. The candidate will compile, verify, update and maintain, complete, accurate asset data for each part assembly, and/or component installed. Provide a monthly tracking data and Logistics Documentation Support to report to customer. Track and follow-up during turnover, activation, deactivation, acquisition, overhaul and operational phases. Attend operational, logistics and management meetings, participate in reviews and/or analysis of inventory and configuration management data, and provide recommendations for correction of deficiencies for SATCOM, ATCALS, and EHSS systems and its ancillary equipment. Provide provisioning updates for end of life hardware and software. Build and maintain spreadsheets.
