Job Description

As a subject matter expert, will provide consultative services to sales leaders and sales force on the dental and vision sales strategy and best practices; will be highly influential in the continued development of Aflac's dental and vision business with responsibility for train the trainer seminars and other effective training strategies. Analyzes business practices and sales goals, and makes suggestions for improvement; assist with devising strategies to support key decisions of dental and vision business. Conducts educational, strategy development and execution sessions with multiple levels in the sales force; develops innovative strategies to bolster capabilities and dental/vision sales enablement activities and solutions. Provide objective advice and expertise to help the organization develop any specialty skills needed to drive sales, solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve performance.

Job Qualifications
  • 8-10 years professional job-specific work experience

  • Strong knowledge and experience with the dental and vision sales

  • Extensive knowledge of effective training delivery concepts, principles, and methods for supplemental benefits and specifically dental and vision products.

  • Demonstrates ability to apply operations management and business process re-engineering tools and techniques to a wide variety of business techniques
