Designs and maintain tariffs or modifies existing tariffs to satisfy revenue requirements for the company or to accomplish specific goals. Keeps abreast of current developments in the field of regulatory proceedings and decisions, statistical methodology, new and revised tariffs of other companies, and economic and financial trends. Prepares illustrations to present data quickly and in a comprehensive manner. Prepares reports and special studies as may be requested from time to time. Provides written reports which include objective, fact - based and well – reasoned recommendations and rationale. Serves as an advisor to regulatory leadership on complex RTO issues. Supports the preparation and filing of rate proceedings, and related reporting requirements.
