Sales Trainer
The candidate is responsible for the development and implementation of the Aerie product training programs, such as; new hire training, field coaching, skill development, to name a few, (other training programs TDB by Vice President, Sales & Sales Training Manager). The Sales Trainer will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Scientific, and HR, to ensure that all training programs align with the Aerie strategy.
Training Design Experience required
1 years of experience in management preferred
Train the Trainer Certificate required (ATD/SPBT)
3+ years of Sales experience is required
