Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we’re looking for an innovative and experienced VP, Tax Strategy to join our team. This individual will be a key leader and driver of ADP’s global tax planning strategy, playing an integral role in developing and delivering a comprehensive tax strategy for the company.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in tax strategy, planning, and compliance. They should have an in-depth understanding of complex tax legislation, regulations, and financial statements. This individual will be an exceptional leader, able to develop and implement creative tax strategies that are both compliant and efficient. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments.We are seeking a candidate with a passion for tax strategy and a drive to succeed. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative tax strategies that are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
  2. Analyze complex legal and financial documents to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  3. Analyze tax implications of corporate transactions and provide guidance on tax planning strategies.
  4. Lead the tax planning strategy for the company, including researching and analyzing new tax laws and regulations.
  5. Monitor changes in the tax environment and develop strategies to adapt accordingly.
  6. Prepare and submit tax filings, including income tax returns, corporate estimated taxes, and other documents.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure tax strategies are in line with the company’s objectives.
  8. Provide guidance and advice to other departments on tax-related matters.
  9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external entities, such as tax authorities and auditors.
  10. Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
