Strong Technical Knowledge: The Vp Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Technologies And Trends In Infrastructure, Such As Virtualization, Automation, And Security. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Managing These Technologies In A Global Environment.
Strategic Thinking And Planning: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Execute A Long-Term Infrastructure Vision That Aligns With The Overall Business Goals Of Adp. This Should Include Identifying And Implementing Cost-Effective Solutions And Driving Innovation In Infrastructure.
Leadership Skills: As A Global Head, The Vp Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Develop A Diverse Team Across Different Locations. They Should Also Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
