
Technical Support Manager

Responsibilities of a Technical Support Manager:
- Provide excellent technical support to ADP-Automatic Data Processing clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service.
- Lead and manage technical support teams.
- Stay current with new technologies and system updates.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
- Foster relationships with key personnel within the organization.
- Review and respond to customer service complaints.
- Train and mentor technical support staff.
- Create policies and procedures for technical support operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
