5. Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of new technology solutions.
6. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential technical issues.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
8. Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
9. Provide technical training and guidance to internal teams and clients.
10. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
