Tech Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain digital solutions for ADP-Automatic Data Processing.
2. Leverage the latest technologies to promote innovation and problem-solving.
3. Design, program, debug, and troubleshoot software.
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
5. Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
6. Research and analyze customer requirements and develop solutions to meet them.
7. Prepare reports, documents, and other materials to present to stakeholders.
8. Monitor the performance of digital solutions and make necessary adjustments.
9. Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues.
10. Identify areas of improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
