Tech Analyst

This role requires a combination of technical skill, analytical ability, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and an aptitude for problem solving.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as 5 years of experience in a technical position. You must also have excellent communication, organizational and project management skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage technical solutions for the organization • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical solutions • Monitor and evaluate technical systems for optimal performance • Design, develop, and implement software applications and databases • Develop algorithms and process automation for data analysis and reporting • Research and evaluate new technologies for potential application • Collaborate with other technical teams to develop solutions • Prepare and present technical documents and reports • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams and personnel • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
