Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A

ADP-Automatic Data Processing is searching for an experienced and motivated Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial analysis to help drive our business goals. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a strong financial acumen.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least five years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, you should have extensive knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and corporate finance. Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement financial analysis to help drive business goals.

2.Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to accurately forecast, budget, and analyze financial data.

3.Maintain and update financial models to ensure accuracy.

4.Develop reports and presentations to facilitate financial decision-making.

5.Utilize ERP systems (Oracle, Workday, etc.) to conduct financial analysis.

6.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

7.Manage the financial planning and forecasting process.

8.Analyze financial statements and reports to identify potential areas of improvement.

9.Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

10.Provide financial reports and presentations to senior management.
