Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as, the development of financial models and forecasts.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support the finance team’s analysis and decision-making.
2. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide meaningful insights into the current and future financial performance of the organization.
3. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budget and forecast.
4. Identify cost saving and revenue enhancement opportunities.
5. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
6. Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
7. Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Stay abreast of developments in the finance and accounting field.
