  1. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of WorkMarket to potential clients and prospects.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact for all WorkMarket inquiries.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor laws, and human resources best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  5. Analyze client workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline and optimize workforce management.
  6. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of WorkMarket.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and enhance product offerings to better meet client needs.
  8. Collaborate with product development teams to provide insights and suggestions for new features and enhancements based on client feedback.
  9. Keep accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and usage metrics.
  10. Represent ADP and WorkMarket at industry events and conferences to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Sales Or Consulting: The Solutions Consultant Role At Adp-Automatic Data Processing Requires A Strong Background In Sales Or Consulting. This Includes Experience In Client-Facing Roles, Presenting Solutions, And Building Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Workmarket Platform: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Workmarket Platform And Its Features. This Includes A Strong Knowledge Of Project Management, Workforce Management, And Talent Sourcing.

  • Technical Aptitude: The Solutions Consultant Role Also Requires A Strong Technical Acumen. Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Software Solutions And Be Comfortable Using Technology To Solve Complex Business Problems.

  • Communication Skills: As A Solutions Consultant, Effective Communication Is Essential. Candidates Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Complex Ideas And Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Solutions Consultant Role At Adp-Automatic Data Processing Requires The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex Business Problems.
