- Develop and implement talent and learning strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess current talent and learning needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver effective talent and learning programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent and learning programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize their potential.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent and learning to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Communicate and promote talent and learning initiatives to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as HR and leadership, to ensure a cohesive approach to talent and learning initiatives.
- Develop and manage the talent and learning budget, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the progress and impact of talent and learning programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Proactively identify and address any talent and learning-related challenges or issues that may arise.
- Promote a culture of learning and development by encouraging employees to take advantage of available resources and opportunities.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Talent And Learning Delivery, Preferably In A Senior Management Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Mentor And Develop A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Talent And Learning Programs That Align With Business Objectives.
Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Talent And Learning Development, Including E-Learning Platforms And Technology.
