
Senior Manager of User Experience Research

- Lead a team of user experience researchers to conduct in-depth user research, including surveys, usability testing, interviews, and other methods.
- Develop and implement user research strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.
- Identify and prioritize research questions and objectives based on business needs and user feedback.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements.
- Communicate research findings and insights in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts to inform product development.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure user research is incorporated into the product development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research and incorporate them into our research methodologies.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Continuously assess and improve our user research processes and methodologies to ensure high-quality and impactful research.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a user-centered design culture within the organization.
- Represent ADP as a thought leader in user experience research at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings.
- Manage and prioritize research projects and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality research.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer success, to incorporate user research into customer-facing materials and activities.
- Act as an advocate for the user, ensuring that their needs and preferences are considered in all product decisions.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In User Experience Research Or A Related Field, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Or Design.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of User Experience Researchers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Promoting A Collaborative And Innovative Work Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of User Research Methodologies, Such As Usability Testing, Surveys, Interviews, And Analytics, And The Ability To Apply Them Effectively To Inform Product Design And Strategy.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Clearly Articulate Research Findings And Recommendations To Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
