  1. Lead and manage the implementation process of general ledger systems for clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific financial needs and requirements.
  3. Analyze and assess clients' current financial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement customized solutions to optimize clients' general ledger systems.
  5. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for financial processes and systems.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely implementation.
  7. Train clients on how to use and maintain the new general ledger systems.
  8. Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in general ledger technology to continuously improve implementation processes.
  10. Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for general ledger system implementation.
  12. Maintain documentation and records of all implementation processes and client interactions.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline implementation processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In General Ledger Implementation: A Senior General Ledger Implementation Consultant At Adp Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Implementing General Ledger Systems For Medium To Large Organizations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Accounting Principles And Practices: In Addition To Technical Expertise, A Qualified Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Practices To Effectively Set Up And Configure The General Ledger System.
