  1. Develop and maintain the front-end platform for ADP-Automatic Data Processing.
  2. Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for clients through continuous improvement and updates to the platform.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using the latest front-end technologies.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the front-end platform.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug any technical issues related to the front-end platform.
  7. Optimize the performance of the front-end platform to ensure fast and responsive user experience.
  8. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  9. Work with project managers to prioritize and deliver tasks within tight deadlines.
  10. Mentor and guide junior front-end engineers to help them grow and improve their skills.
