- Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of security operations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and industry best practices to continuously improve and enhance security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for any security-related incidents and manage the response and resolution process.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Develop and manage the security operations budget and ensure effective and efficient use of resources.

Extensive Experience In Security Operations: A Senior Director At Adp-Automatic Data Processing Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, With A Proven Track Record In Managing Complex Security Systems And Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Have Experience In Managing A Team Of Security Professionals. They Should Have A Track Record Of Building And Leading High-Performing Security Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Technologies: The Senior Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Security Technologies And Trends, Including Threat Intelligence, Intrusion Detection, And Incident Response. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Managing Security Tools And Systems.
