  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy for ADP, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and other key stakeholders to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and strategy.
  3. Provide strategic counsel to the executive leadership team on all matters related to investor relations.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the company.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials for investor meetings, conferences, and events.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging and information.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in investor relations and incorporate them into ADP's strategy.
  9. Oversee the development and maintenance of investor relations materials, including earnings releases, annual reports, and investor presentations.
  10. Represent ADP at industry conferences, investor meetings, and other events to promote the company and its financial performance.
  11. Work closely with the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial information to investors and analysts.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's investor relations practices to enhance shareholder value and maintain a positive reputation in the financial community.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Investor Relations: A Senior Director At Adp Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Investor Relations, Preferably At A Publicly Traded Company. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Markets, And Be Familiar With The Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Investor Communications.

  • Strong Financial Acumen: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Financial Background, With A Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field. They Should Be Able To Analyze Financial Data And Communicate Complex Financial Information To Investors In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As The Primary Liaison Between Adp And Its Investors, A Senior Director Must Have Exceptional Communication And Presentation Skills. They Should Be Able To Develop And Deliver Compelling Presentations That Effectively Convey The Company's Financial Performance And Growth Prospects.

  • Strategic Thinking And Planning: The Senior Director Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Adp's Investor Relations Strategy. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Ir Programs, And Be Able To Provide Strategic Guidance To Senior Leadership On Investor Relations Matters.

  • Leadership And Team Management: This Role Will Oversee A Team Of Investor Relations Professionals, So Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Essential. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Ability To Build And Lead High-Performing Teams, And Foster A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.
