  1. Provide legal support and guidance to ADP's global business units.
  2. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in all countries where ADP operates.
  3. Manage a diverse portfolio of complex contracts.
  4. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies.
  6. Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and issues.
  8. Advise on legal matters related to employment, data privacy, and intellectual property.
  9. Participate in contract negotiations and provide recommendations to senior management.
  10. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect ADP's operations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  12. Train and educate employees on legal compliance and best practices.
  13. Provide guidance on contract interpretation and dispute resolution.
  14. Represent ADP in legal proceedings as needed.
  15. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Contract Negotiation: A Senior Counsel, Global Contracts At Adp Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Negotiating Complex Contracts With Global Clients. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Contract Terms, Legal Language, And Risk Assessment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Global Legal Framework: Adp Operates In Multiple Countries, And A Senior Counsel Must Be Well-Versed In The Legal Frameworks And Regulations Of Various Countries. This Includes Knowledge Of International Laws, Data Privacy Regulations, And Labor Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Counsel, Global Contracts, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Communicating And Negotiating With Stakeholders From Different Countries And Cultures. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Build Relationships And Facilitate Successful Contract Negotiations.

  • Prior Experience In Technology Industry: Adp Is A Global Provider Of Hr, Payroll, And Compliance Solutions, And A Senior Counsel Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Technology Industry. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Software Licensing, Saas Agreements, And Other Technology-Related Contracts.

  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree With Bar Admission: A Senior Counsel, Global Contracts Must Have A Juris Doctor Degree From An Accredited Law School And Be Admitted To Practice Law In At Least One State In The United States. This Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Foundation In Legal Principles And Can Provide Sound Legal Advice To The Company.
