Senior Citrix Administrator

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Citrix Administrator to join our team and help us deliver the performance our customers expect. The Senior Citrix Administrator will be responsible for designing, planning, building, and optimizing ADP’s Citrix environment. The ideal candidate for this position will have a thorough understanding of Citrix technology and its underlying components; experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop; a proven track record of success in creating and managing large-scale Citrix environments; and excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan, and build the Citrix environment to ensure high performance for customers.
2. Optimize the Citrix environment for maximum efficiency and reliability.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Citrix technology and its underlying components.
4. Develop and maintain expertise in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
5. Create and manage large-scale Citrix environments.
6. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve any technical issues related to Citrix.
7. Monitor system performance and availability and make necessary adjustments.
8. Communicate technical solutions and issues to customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards related to Citrix.
10. Stay up to date with developments in Citrix technology.
