Sales Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
2. Research and analyze market trends and customer needs, to identify potential sales opportunities.
3. Create and maintain sales records, including contact information and notes about customer interactions.
4. Track and report sales performance metrics to management.
5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
6. Utilize CRM tools to track customer inquiries and generate reports.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, plans, and programs.
8. Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral for customers.
9. Support the sales team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating travel.
10. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
