
Sales Intern

We are currently looking for a talented Sales Intern to join our team and help us reach our business goals. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong passion for sales and a desire to learn more about the field. They must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box and come up with new ideas. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Utilize creative strategies and problem-solving techniques to help customers find the best payroll, HR, and tax solutions.
- Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales progress and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and cold calling potential customers.
- Remain up-to-date on ADP products and services and attend relevant training sessions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and other documents.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
