Retirement Services Representative

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for an experienced Retirement Services Representative who will be responsible for providing quality service to our clients. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, and has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of retirement services. The Retirement Services Representative will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing superior customer service and ensuring our clients’ retirement plans are managed in a timely and accurate manner.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field• At least two years of experience in a customer service or retirement services role• Knowledge of retirement plans and regulations• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads• Exceptional customer service skills
