In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading and managing a team of Retirement Services professionals, while also building and maintaining relationships with clients.   1. Lead and manage a team of Retirement Services professionals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert on retirement plans and regulations.
  4. Train and mentor team members on industry best practices and company policies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of ADP's products and services.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in retirement plan regulations.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for ADP and actively promote the company's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Retirement Services Or Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Managing Teams And Driving Results

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Retirement Plans, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements (E.g. Erisa, Irs, Dol)
