Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data and present actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and retention with retirement services.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of retirement services.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics related to retirement services.
- Utilize customer service skills to provide guidance and support to clients.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to retirement services.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retirement services department.
- Develop and implement procedures for quality control and risk management.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff members and provide guidance and training.
