If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for retirement services, and an eagerness to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field, 5+ years of experience in a retirement services-related role, and the ability to analyze complex data and present recommendations. In addition, a successful Retirement Services District Manager at ADP-Automatic Data Processing should possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze complex data and present actionable recommendations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and retention with retirement services.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of retirement services.
  4. Monitor and report on operational performance metrics related to retirement services.
  5. Utilize customer service skills to provide guidance and support to clients.
  6. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to retirement services.
  7. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  8. Manage day-to-day operations of the retirement services department.
  9. Develop and implement procedures for quality control and risk management.
  10. Act as a mentor to junior staff members and provide guidance and training.
