
Resolution Support Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Resolution Support Specialist with strong customer service skills to join the ADP-Automatic Data Processing team. This individual should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing solutions to customer inquiries, resolving technical and operational issues, and providing feedback to management.The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a customer service or support role. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to type at least 40 wpm. The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for customer service and would like to make a difference in the lives of our customers, we want to hear from you!
