Relationship Manager - Human Resource Outsourcing

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Relationship Manager – Human Resource Outsourcing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, as well as providing them with HR outsourcing services.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and an in-depth understanding of HR best practices. You should also be a proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.Our ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in an HR outsourcing or consulting role. Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide HR outsourcing services.

4. Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
5. Assist clients in developing and implementing HR strategies.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure they receive the best possible service.
7. Provide advice and guidance to clients on HR related matters.
8. Monitor client progress and provide feedback on performance.
9. Manage client projects from start to finish.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR regulations and standards.
