Relationship Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Relationship Manager to join the ADP-Automatic Data Processing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales of ADP services. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated professional who is able to effectively manage multiple accounts while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service.We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and at least 5 years of demonstrated success in a sales and/or customer service role. The successful candidate must possess superior communication skills, a proven ability to build and maintain relationships, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. Additionally, they must have a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of those services to potential and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

2. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while providing the highest level of customer service.

5. Utilize resources and technologies to maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales.
6. Utilize sales strategies to develop and grow client relationships.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing suggestions for improvement.
8. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements.
9. Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
