Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, as well as providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding communication and customer service skills, excellent project management abilities, and a passion for building relationships. Additionally, you should be highly organized and have a proactive attitude. If you are self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  3. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and develop strategies to do so.
  4. Develop and implement project management plans to ensure successful completion of projects.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
  6. Create and deliver presentations to clients to promote products and services.
  7. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and areas of growth.
  8. Remain up to date with industry trends and changes to ensure best practices are being followed.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
