Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales compensation and quota programs.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Set individual and team sales goals and provide guidance for achieving them.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve their sales performance.
- Train and mentor sales personnel on sales compensation and quota programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the budget for sales compensation and quota programs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for adjustments to improve results.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for addressing them.
- Work with executive management to develop and implement long-term strategies for sales program success.
