At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team of professionals as the Quota & Comp Planning Sr. Manager. This is a critical role in the organization and the successful applicant will be responsible for developing and managing the company's sales compensation and quota programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial analysis and sales compensation planning, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement effective sales compensation and goal setting strategies to ensure our team achieves the highest level of success. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales compensation and quota programs.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Set individual and team sales goals and provide guidance for achieving them.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to help team members improve their sales performance.
  5. Train and mentor sales personnel on sales compensation and quota programs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Manage the budget for sales compensation and quota programs.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for adjustments to improve results.
  9. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for addressing them.
  10. Work with executive management to develop and implement long-term strategies for sales program success.
