- Act as a brand ambassador for ADP and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential private equity clients and understand their specific needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to promote ADP's human capital management solutions.
- Participate in sales training programs to learn about ADP's products and services, sales techniques, and industry knowledge.
- Utilize effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth for the Private Equity Sales team.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, as well as competitors' products and services.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent ADP and network with potential clients.
- Proactively identify and address any client concerns or issues to ensure a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with other departments within ADP to provide a seamless and comprehensive service to clients.
- Uphold ADP's values and ethics, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and actively participate in training and development programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Prior Sales Experience, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Private Equity And Investment Strategies.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Competitive Environment And Meet Sales Targets.
