Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute quality assurance strategies to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
2. Develop test plans, validate test results, and develop test scripts for automated tests.
3. Manage and track defects and ensure timely resolution.
4. Monitor and maintain quality standards for software development and application and system testing.
5. Utilize agile methodology to ensure successful QA implementations.
6. Maintain effective communication with development and other teams.
7. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
8. Evaluate current processes and procedures and suggest improvements.
9. Provide technical support to other departments as needed.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software quality assurance.
