Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

The successful candidate must possess exemplary technical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for excellence.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 8 years experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 5 years of experience working in a senior capacity. We are looking for a candidate with an intimate knowledge of software quality assurance practices, methods, and tools, as well as a strong understanding of software development life cycles. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Design, create, and implement comprehensive software quality assurance practices.
2. Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
3. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track quality assurance metrics.
4. Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software programs.
5. Develop automated test scripts.
6. Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks.
7. Work with developers and product managers to ensure software meets requirements and adheres to quality standards.
8. Ensure software is released on time and meets customer expectations.
9. Stay up to date with current trends in software quality assurance and software development.
10. Document best practices and procedures for software quality assurance.
