1. Design and develop new features, enhancements, and improvements for our HCM platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
3. Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and version control.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure high platform availability and performance.
5. Continuously monitor and evaluate the platform's performance and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for platform enhancement.
7. Work closely with Product Management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
8. Document and maintain technical specifications and system architecture for the platform.
9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the engineering team.
10. Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and secure.
11. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
12. Participate in Agile development process and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
14. Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to ensure timely delivery.
