Job Description

At ADP-Automatic Data Processing, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to join our team. This individual will be an integral part of the payroll team, providing exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of payroll processes. The successful candidate will possess a customer-focused attitude, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Our payroll advisor will be an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a desire to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Analyze customer payroll data, detect discrepancies, and recommend solutions.
  3. Utilize payroll software to process customer payroll, including calculating taxes and deductions.
  4. Stay current with industry regulations and laws related to payroll processing.
  5. Maintain accurate records of payroll data and prepare reports as required.
  6. Provide support to other team members and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  8. Troubleshoot payroll-related problems and identify areas of improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
  10. Keep abreast of new payroll processes and technologies and recommend changes as needed.
